Orange Crush
- 2 oz orange-flavored vodka
- 1 oz triple sec
- Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Splash of lemon-lime soda (think Sprite)
- Orange slice
Pour orange-flavored vodka, triple sec, & orange juice over ice.
Add splash of soda to the top.
Mix well and garnish with orange slice
Gator Balls
- 1 lb cooked alligator meat
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 garlic cloved, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 3 cups peanut oil
- 1 tbsp Frank’s Hot red sauce
Mix everything together but cornmeal & oil together
Heat oil and shape the mixture into balls
Roll balls in cornmeal until coated
Fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towls
T3’s Gator Ball Cuban Sandwich
- Cooked gator balls
- Thin slices of fully-cooked ham
- Slices of Swiss cheese
- Large dill pickle, sliced
- Cuban bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Cayenne pepper
Mix mayo, mustard, and pinch of cayenne pepper together. Cut open the cuban bread & spread this mixture on both sides.
Place the ingredients in this order on the bread; Swiss cheese, ham slices, gator balls, pickle slices, more Swiss cheese
Melt butter in to a skillet. Place sandwich in the skillet & press down with a heavy weight. 3-4 minutes per side
